Yes, we understand that our prices are higher than average. But when taking to account the pure high end quality and uniqueness of our products, the prices appear to be more than fair. We are doing our best to make our prices affordable.



The team of developers did their best to bring maximum shopping comfort for you. Pick the category on the right side of the window (screen) and see the large photos of the first six products. When hovering mouse over the product from images you may choose "view" to see the description and combinations of the product, or add the product to favourites or comparison list instantly. Click "buy" to put the selected product in the basket. While shopping or just navigating our website you can check the contents of your basket instantly by just hovering the mouse over the basket icon on top of the window. To finalise your purchase go to the shopping basket, pass the registration procedure, choose the payment method read the terms and, if agreed, confirm your purchase.



We accept credit card payments using Fondy service. If you wish to use another payment method (like bank transfer), please, contact us directly and we will do our best to help you. Payments are required in advance. There is really nothing for you to worry about as you are free to return your product strictly according to the consumer rights regulations.



As we do not keep huge stock and all chandeliers are made to order, we need some time to work  hard for you. Normal delivery time for your purchase is 2 to 4 weeks plus shipment time, except from where mentioned separately. Our regular forwarder is Nova Poshta for intra Ukrainian purchases and TNT worldwide. Bespoke models' shipment method shall be discussed on an individual basis, just like all other details.



In case if the received merchandise is not the article(s) of your order, quantities are not correct, package is broken or quality of the merchandise doesn’t meet the announced specification or your expectations, you bear right to complain in for of reclamation. We are responsible to respond within 2 weeks from the date of your complaint in written with the list of actions aimed at liquidation of the consequences of the reclamation and avoidance of some cases in future (repairs, exchange, etc.). If you are not satisfied with the list of actions offered, please, inform us of the deeds you expect that would appear to you satisfactory.



If you are unhappy with your purchase you keep right to return the product within 14 days after the receipt. Make sure to keep the original packing materials at least for the above mentioned period of time and use it for return. We will refund the complete amount of money back to you within maximum 14 days after the return. In case if you paid for the courier or similar delivery services connected to the return procedure, please, send us the original receipt, and we will refund the amount within 14 days. In case if you return the product poorly packed, unpacked and/or damaged, you will still get the refund, but we will then bare right to diminish the amount of refund in the amount of product's depreciation.
